Halnziye HY2612 Thermal Putty

The Halnziye HY2612 V2 is Halnziye's newest and strongest thermal putty, rated at 12.0 W/mK. In September 2026 Igor's Lab measured 15.1 W/mK at 1 mm, 19.1 W/mK at 2 mm and 20.5 W/mK at 3 mm layer thickness. Moldable gap filler for GPU VRAM, VRM arrays, M.2 SSDs and gaming consoles where pad thickness matching is impractical. Electrically non-conductive, working temperature -20 °C to +150 °C.

Scope of delivery: 1x HY2612 Thermal Putty jar (20g or 100g, depending on the size chosen), 1x spatula.
